Degirmen Hotel Sile is located in the lovely town of Sile which is on the Black Sea coast region of Istanbul about 70 km from the city. It's an historical fishing village dating back some 2700 years with a lighthouse from the Ottoman Empire.

Some of the dishes on offer include aubergine paste with red mullet freshly caught, chilli con carne, freshly prepared humus using European onions accommpanied.

Meeting: Water Room is 80 m2, theatre design, 100 person capacity, plazma TV, barcovision, screen and computer desk. This room gains from natural daylght making meetings very comfortable and possible. The seating design is for meetings but is changeable. Thunder Room is 50 m2 and the smallest room
